Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably with exposure to the North American market or U.S.-based firms. The SDR will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and supporting the sales pipeline for our financial and tax advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct lead generation through research, prospecting, and outreach activities.
  • Engage with potential clients via calls, emails, and online meetings to introduce services.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the senior sales team.
  • Maintain an updated CRM system with accurate client information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client engagement.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of proven sales experience (mandatory).
  • Exposure to North American market or experience with U.S.-based firms is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
