Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Night Shift / Cold Calling Expert
Overview
Are you a highly driven, fearless cold calling professional looking for an exciting night shift opportunity? We are seeking a tenacious and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team.
This role is on-site at our F-6 Islamabad office and is focused entirely on outbound prospecting—making a high volume of cold calls daily to qualify leads and secure initial meetings for our Account Executives.
CRITICAL NOTE ON SCHEDULE: This is a night shift position. Candidates MUST be available to work from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Pakistan Time (PKT), Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Volume Cold Calling: Consistently execute 300 or more cold calls and outreach activities per day to prospective clients.
- Lead Qualification: Skillfully qualify leads based on established criteria to determine the potential fit.
- Appointment Setting: Successfully book and confirm qualified meetings and demos for the sales team's pipeline.
- Script Adaptation: Rapidly learn and adapt sales messaging and calling scripts to handle objections and engage decision-makers.
- Performance: Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets for calls and qualified meetings set.
What You'll Bring
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 1 year of demonstrable success in the BPO or dedicated cold calling industry, ideally serving US/European clients.
- Exceptional English Fluency: Impeccable verbal communication skills with a neutral accent and the ability to command professional conversations.
- Mental Toughness: A resilient attitude and the ability to thrive in a high-rejection environment. You must see "No" as a challenge, not a failure.
- Time Zone Commitment: Absolute reliability and commitment to working the entire 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PKT shift.
- Professional Reliability: Commitment to punctual attendance at the office, professional demeanor, and focus during the entire night shift.
- Tool Proficiency: Experience using sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft).
