We are seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist with a strong background in physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or medical device sales. The ideal candidate is passionate about clinical solutions, skilled at building relationships, and driven to deliver results. You will be responsible for developing new business, supporting existing accounts, and educating healthcare professionals on the benefits and use of our rehabilitation equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within hospitals, clinics, rehab centers, and private practices.
  • Provide clinical demonstrations and training to therapists, clinicians, and decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure successful product positioning.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
  • Support after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy, Kinesiology, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred).

· 2+ years of experience in medical device sales, rehab/physiotherapy equipment, or clinical practice.

· Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to understand and convey complex clinical information.

· Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage a sales territory independently.

Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings, demos, and trade shows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45, Rs50,000.00 per month
