
Business Development Executive(Medical Billing)

Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and acquire new U.S. healthcare clients, including providers, clinics, hospitals, and private practices
- Run targeted outreach campaigns via calls, emails, and other B2B platforms
- Deliver impactful presentations, pitch RCM solutions, and close new business deals
- Consistently achieve sales targets while building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years in business development or medical billing sales (U.S. healthcare)
- Proven client acquisition and deal-closing experience
- Strong knowledge of billing cycles, credentialing, denials, payer processes, HIPAA & CMS
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Proactive, target-driven, and able to work U.S. hours (EST)
Compensation:
- Basic Salary (based on interview) + incentives, with fast growth and promotion opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs Rs36.25 per hour
