Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and acquire new U.S. healthcare clients, including providers, clinics, hospitals, and private practices
  • Run targeted outreach campaigns via calls, emails, and other B2B platforms
  • Deliver impactful presentations, pitch RCM solutions, and close new business deals
  • Consistently achieve sales targets while building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years in business development or medical billing sales (U.S. healthcare)
  • Proven client acquisition and deal-closing experience
  • Strong knowledge of billing cycles, credentialing, denials, payer processes, HIPAA & CMS
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
  • Proactive, target-driven, and able to work U.S. hours (EST)

Compensation:

  • Basic Salary (based on interview) + incentives, with fast growth and promotion opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs Rs36.25 per hour
