Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Employer Branding Intern (Lead Generation). The intern will support efforts to enhance the company's employer brand by creating and executing recruitment marketing campaigns, generating and nurturing leads, and collaborating with HR and marketing teams to align strategies. Additional responsibilities include managing recruitment-focused content, monitoring metrics to measure campaign success, and effectively communicating with potential candidates to build strong relationships.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Employer Branding and understanding of Recruitment Marketing strategies
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential candidates effectively
  • Familiarity with Recruiting and Marketing methodologies
  • An ability to learn quickly, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and assess campaign outcomes
  • Experience with digital tools and platforms is a plus
  • Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
