Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to handle daily operations and provide exceptional support to customer. The ideal candidate will assist callers with troubleshooting, navigation, and inquiries while ensuring smooth workflow management through the roster system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily operations via email, calls and whatsApp messages
- Answer customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory responses to their queries and concerns.
- Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company website, and using products or services.
- Identify and escalate priority issues, reporting them to senior management.
- Anticipate escalations and take over calls when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Required training will be provided.
Required Skills:
- Strong English communication skills is a plus.
- Data management and office organization skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Professionalism in workplace interactions.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years
