IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

This position is responsible for roll out of effective training programs for all customer care functions & Customer Touch Points pertaining to soft skills, product knowledge, etc. The position will also be responsible to assist in identifying training needs, developing new modules, compiling feedback, and Contact Center Agents onboarding.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Conduct induction training programs for new call center batches, managing all associated logistics including system access, attendance, and resource allocation.
  • Design, develop, and deliver training and refresher sessions on customer service, soft skills, product knowledge, and SOPs across Customer Care functions.
  • Identify training and development needs through performance scorecards and consultation with functional line managers.
  • Ensure all regional training facilities are fully operational and coordinate with IT and Admin teams to support smooth learning interventions.
  • Continuously update and enhance training content and knowledge assessments to align with current business needs and customer care standards.
  • Pursue continuous self-development and demonstrate professionalism, discipline, and compliance with company policies and code of conduct.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

Minimum:
Minimum a Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.

Preferred:
Degree in Management Sciences/ Train The Trainer Certification will be preferred.
