Job Description:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Care Representative (CCR). This new role will help enhance the customer experience by greeting and assisting customers, providing information about our products and services, and collecting feedback to improve our offerings.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional, approachable demeanor
  • Flexible to work mid-shift hours
