We're looking for a
data-driven growth marketer
who not only excels in campaign management but also understands the technical backbone of growth marketing. As
Assistant Manager – Growth & Performance
, you'll scale our customer base across Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, and emerging ad platforms while ensuring full-funnel tracking integrity.

This role goes beyond execution, you'll partner closely with product, backend engineers, and CRM teams to build
bulletproof attribution pipelines
, design
rapid A/B experiments
, and uncover insights that directly impact
ROI and LTV
.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, launch, and optimize
    multi-channel paid campaigns
    (Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic, emerging platforms).
  • Balance
    short-term acquisition goals
    with
    long-term retention and LTV growth
    .
  • Drive
    channel diversification
    and test new formats, offers, and markets.

Funnel Optimization

  • Map and analyze the
    user journey
    from install → KYC → first transaction → repeat usage.
  • Identify and fix
    drop-offs
    with data-driven experiments (A/B, multivariate, cohort analysis).
  • Collaborate with product on
    conversion-focused UX updates
    and with CRM on
    retention/activation flows
    .

Tech Stack & Backend Integration

  • Own the
    marketing technology ecosystem
    : Firebase, Google Analytics 4, MMPs (AppsFlyer/Adjust/Branch), CRM (Braze/Iterable/HubSpot), BigQuery, and visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI).
  • Ensure
    accurate data capture and attribution
    across platforms (UTMs, SDKs, APIs).
  • Partner with engineering to integrate
    SDKs, webhooks, and backend data flows
    between app, MMP, Firebase, and CRM.
  • Build
    ETL pipelines and automated dashboards
    for real-time monitoring of CAC, ROAS, retention, and LTV.
  • Troubleshoot attribution discrepancies and ensure
    fraud protection
    via MMP settings and anomaly detection.

Creative Testing & Collaboration

  • Design
    structured creative testing frameworks
    (hooks, formats, messaging).
  • Partner with design/video teams to generate and iterate
    data-backed ad creatives
    .
  • Analyze
    creative performance by cohort, audience, and region
    to inform future campaigns.

Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain
    rigorous UTM frameworks
    and event naming conventions.
  • Build
    performance dashboards
    segmented by channel, audience, cohort, and funnel stage.
  • Deliver
    weekly/monthly insights
    to leadership, highlighting opportunities and risks.
  • Translate
    complex data
    into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

Budget Management

  • Manage and allocate
    monthly budgets above PKR 5M+
    across channels with accountability to ROI.
  • Continuously optimize
    CAC vs LTV trade-offs
    by channel, region, and creative.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5-7 years
    in paid acquisition, growth, or performance marketing (preferably in fintech, payments, or e-commerce).
  • Proven track record of managing
    large-scale budgets (PKR 5M+/month)
    .
  • Hands-on expertise in
    Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    Firebase Analytics, GA4, attribution tools (AppsFlyer/Adjust/Branch)
    .
  • Experience integrating and analyzing data across
    backend, CRM, and visualization platforms (Braze, HubSpot, Iterable, Looker Studio, BigQuery)
    .
  • Ability to debug
    attribution discrepancies, MMP fraud detection, SDK issues
    .
  • Strong
    analytical and experimental mindset
    : A/B testing, cohort analysis, funnel breakdowns.
  • Comfort with
    SQL, ETL workflows, and BI tools
    (preferred).
  • Excellent collaboration with
    product, data, and engineering teams
    .
