Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Microsoft Technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the successful implementation of Microsoft-based solutions.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of how Microsoft technologies can be leveraged to drive business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed specifications for Microsoft-based solutions.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement using Microsoft technologies.
  • Recommend enhancements and automation strategies
  • Create user stories, process flows, wireframes, and system integration documents.
  • Ensure solutions are aligned with best practices
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams to ensure seamless communication.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure all business requirements are met.
  • Assist in change management, training, and adoption.
  • Analyze data trends and provide actionable recommendations for business growth.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users on newly implemented.
  • Provide continuous support and documentation to ensure smooth system adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
  • Experience with backlog refinement sessions to ensure user stories are well-defined and ready for development.

Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or custom applications on Azure.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira for managing requirements and backlogs.
  • Knowledge of solution design, business process modeling, and integration practices.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Microsoft-based projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs250, Rs350,000.00 per month
