Ibex, for one of it's global client is hiring for highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master & Project Manager with over 8 years of proven expertise in managing complex projects, driving Agile delivery, and leading cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will bring a strong balance of collaborative leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Scrum Master Duties

  • Serve as a facilitative leader and coach for Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and best practices.
  • Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress and productivity.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting Agile values and practices.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed backlog and clear sprint goals.
  • Track and report team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cumulative flow, etc.)

Project Manager Duties

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation to closure.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and risk management strategies.
  • Engage and communicate with stakeholders, clients, and executives, providing clear status reports and project updates.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance, and quality assurance.
  • Balance competing demands between scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
  • Drive collaboration across cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 8+ years of combined experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager in technology-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional skills in facilitation, conflict resolution, and collaborative leadership.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
