Job Title: Social Media Executive (Intern) (Night-Shift)

Location: 2-Talwar (Zamzama)

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Timings: Night Shift (9PM to 6AM)

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and motivated Social Media Intern to join our fast-growing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves content, understands trends, and wants to build a professional career in social media, content creation, and digital branding. You will work closely with our internals teams to produce engaging, scroll-stopping content for multiple industries across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy

  • Assist in brainstorming, planning, and executing creative content strategies across all major platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts).
  • Help create short-form video concepts, trends, and social-first storytelling formats.
  • Support the design team in developing visually appealing graphics, reels, and posts.

Trend Research & Innovation

  • Track daily platform trends, viral formats, industry shifts, and competitor content.
  • Suggest new creative ideas based on platform algorithms, audience behavior, and emerging content formats (AI tools, UGC styles, POV content, etc.).

Community Engagement

  • Respond to comments/messages and help manage online communities for assigned brand accounts.
  • Monitor brand sentiment and help improve engagement through smart communication.

Content Optimization

  • Update older content to meet current standards and new algorithm preferences.
  • Ensure visual and messaging consistency across all channels.

Management & Coordination

  • Maintain content calendars, organize assets, and track deliverables.
  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and campaign managers to ensure timely output.

AI & Tech Integration (Modern Requirement)

  • Use AI tools for inspiration, content ideation, captions, copywriting, and workflow improvement (ChatGPT, Midjourney, CapCut, etc.).
  • Stay up-to-date with new tools that improve content creation efficiency.

Reporting & Insights

  • Assist in basic performance tracking — reach, engagement, CTR, top-performing posts.
  • Learn how to interpret analytics to refine strategies.

Requirements

Education & Knowledge

  • Enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Media Studies, Marketing, Communications, Film/TV, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong interest in social media, branding, and digital marketing.
  • Basic understanding of social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube.

Skills

  • Strong sense of visual aesthetics, storytelling, and social-first creative thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Good written English for captions and content writing.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
