Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and presentable Business Development Manager (BDM) who will play a key role in expanding our business outreach. The BDM will focus on generating collaborations, building relationships, and driving enrollments through institutional visits, salon partnerships, and social media leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Visit schools, colleges, and universities for course collaboration and student enrollments.

  2. Visit salons and training academies to develop business partnerships.

  3. Generate and convert leads from social media into enrollments.

  4. Achieve business development targets and contribute to organizational growth.

  5. Prepare regular reports on outreach activities and business achieved.

  6. Represent PNY Pink & Genius in a professional and presentable manner at all times.

  7. Should proactively engage in collaborations and execute MoUs.

Requirements:

* Candidate must own a bike for daily commute and market visits.

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

* Strong marketing & communication skills with a persuasive personality.

* Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development will be a plus.

* Good-looking, well-presented, and confident personality.

* Must be willing to travel (travel allowance provided).

* Target-oriented with the ability to work independen

Pay: Rs25, Rs30,000.00 per month
