To develop, customize, and implement Salesforce applications and components, ensuring scalable solutions that support business requirements and deliver strong system performance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and configure Salesforce using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Schedulers.
  • Build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
  • Create and maintain custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and automation processes.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
  • Collaborate with functional and business teams to translate requirements into technical designs and solutions.
  • Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Manage version control, deployments, and release processes using SFDX and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
  • Provide technical support, issue resolution, and enhancements for existing Salesforce implementations.

Skills:

  • Strong command over Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, and Flow Builder.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce customization and automation tools.
  • Experience working on API integrations and web services (REST/SOAP).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps processes (SFDX, Git, CI/CD).
  • Understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and role hierarchies.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of Insurance domain processes (preferred).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification preferred.
  • Experience working on Salesforce integrations and Lightning development.
  • Prior experience supporting Salesforce implementation projects.
