About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and system integrations. The ideal candidate will design and develop secure, scalable Salesforce solutions while integrating Salesforce with backend systems and exposing APIs for internal and partner use.

This role requires a balance of technical depth, data integration experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional business teams to deliver end-to-end CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development & Customization

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using 
  Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components
  , and 
  Visualforce
  .
• Configure and customize 
  Sales Cloud
   entities (Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Campaigns, etc.) to support business workflows.
• Build and enhance 
  Experience Cloud
   portals (Partner and Customer Communities) including page layouts, permissions, and responsive components.
• Implement automation using 
  Flow Builder
   (Record-Triggered, Screen, and Scheduled Flows), replacing legacy Process Builder and Workflow Rules.
• Develop 
  custom metadata types
  , 
  custom settings
  , and 
  dynamic forms
   for scalable configurations.

Integration & API Management

• Design and implement 
  integrations between Salesforce and backend systems
   (ERP, data warehouses, third-party services, etc.) using 
  REST/SOAP APIs
  , 
  Apex callouts
  , 
  Named Credentials
  , and 
  Platform Events
  .
• Develop 
  Apex REST APIs
   to expose Salesforce data and services securely to external systems.
• Configure and manage 
  OAuth 2.0 / Connected Apps
   for authentication and integration with external applications.
• Work closely with backend teams to align data models, manage payloads, and optimize data exchange for real-time and batch processes.
• Ensure compliance with 
  Salesforce API Governor Limits
   and 
  security best practices
   (FLS, CRUD, sharing).

Configuration & DevOps

• Manage deployments using 
  Change Sets, SFDX, or DevOps Center
  ; maintain version control through Git.
• Support data migration and cleansing using 
  Data Loader
  , 
  Workbench
  , or API-based ETL tools.
• Collaborate with admins to configure 
  profiles, roles, permission sets, validation rules, and record types
  .
• Contribute to CI/CD automation, sandbox refresh coordination, and UAT processes.

Experience Cloud Development

• Build and maintain branded 
  Experience Cloud
   sites with customized Lightning Components and record visibility rules.
• Configure user registration, login flows, authentication (SSO), and guest user permissions.
• Develop dashboards and reports optimized for portal visibility and performance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years
   of hands-on experience as a 
  Salesforce Developer

• Strong proficiency in

• Deep understanding of 
  Sales Cloud
   data model and business processes.
• Proven experience building and managing 
  Experience Cloud (Communities)
  .
• Strong experience with 
  API integrations
   — consuming and exposing 
  REST/SOAP services
  , 
  Named Credentials
  , and 
  OAuth flows
  .
• Understanding of 
  asynchronous Apex
   (Queueables, Future methods, Batch jobs, Platform Events).
• Familiarity with 
  CI/CD
  , 
  Salesforce DX
  , 
  Git
  , and 
  deployment automation tools
  .
• Hands-on experience with at least one integration middleware
• Excellent debugging, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce 
  Platform Developer I
   (required); 
  Platform Developer II
   or 
  Experience Cloud Consultant
   preferred.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, HR, or custom backend systems (via API or middleware).
• Familiarity with 
  Marketing Cloud Connect
   or other Salesforce ecosystem integrations.
