About the Role

We're looking for a talented Salesforce developer to us build some clean, scalable, and future-proof Salesforce solutions. If Apex, LWC, and building slick automations are your comfort zone — you'll vibe here.

You need hands-on development, smart integrations, and working closely with our team to bring business ideas to life inside Salesforce. You'll have ownership, flexibility, and the chance to work on some pretty exciting build-outs.

What You'll Be Doing

Designing, building, testing, and deploying custom Salesforce features — think Apex, Visualforce, LWCs, and the whole toolkit.

Turning real business requirements into high-quality, scalable architecture and solutions.

Configuring Salesforce objects, flows, workflows, process builders, validation rules, profiles, permissions — all the admin magic.

Integrating Salesforce with other platforms via REST/SOAP APIs or middleware.

Debugging issues, optimizing performance, and making sure everything runs smoothly.

Collaborating with our internal team — analysts, PMs, QA — and communicating updates clearly.

Mentoring junior developers when needed and sharing best practices.

Keeping solid documentation and offering support post-deployment.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or equivalent experience

2+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, SOQL, LWC, etc.)

Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security model, governor limits, and development best practices

Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems/ APIs

Salesforce Platform Developer I mandatory; PDII is a big plus

Experience in consulting or fast-paced tech environments is a plus

Strong problem-solver with great communication skills

Ability to juggle tasks and meet deadlines — this is a project-based role

Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules

Service Cloud knowledge (case management, routing, live chat, custom settings, managed packages — Agent Force exposure = bonus points)
