Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager (IT) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven experience in managing software development projects within a software house environment. You will work closely with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee IT/software development projects from initiation to completion
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Monitor project progress and address potential issues in a timely manner
  • Conduct regular team meetings and client updates
  • Ensure all tasks are delivered on time and meet the required quality standards
  • Maintain project documentation and reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 year of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant PM in a software house
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, Asana)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred

Location:

This is a full-time onsite position based in DHA Phase 2, near Giga Mall, Islamabad. Candidates must be willing to work from the office.
