Globe Call Center is looking for a Senior Human Resource Professional with proven experience in the BPO Industry or an International digital marketing agency.

Job Type: Onsite

Location: I 10/3 Islamabad

Office Address: Plot no. 206, East Service Road, I 10/3, Islamabad

Job Timings: 1 pm to 9 pm (5 days a week)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
  • Oversee HR operations, including payroll, attendance, and compliance.
  • Design and manage performance management systems.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Create and update HR policies, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Plan and deliver training, mentoring, and career development programs.
  • Lead process improvement and HR digitalization projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in HR leadership/managerial roles in BPO or digital marketing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS/HR tools (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
