  • Design and implement HR strategies aligned with Rehman Group's vision

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies

  • Oversee payroll, employee benefits, and performance management systems

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and regulations

  • Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive workplace culture

  • Provide strategic HR support to senior management

n Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Human Resource Management or related field

  • 3–5 years of HR management experience in corporate firms or travel agencies

  • In-depth knowledge of HR operations and employment laws

  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills

  • Proficiency in HR software (HRIS) & MS Office Suite

  • Ability to handle pressure and adapt to dynamic environments
