Munabook is hiring a Remote App Operations & Growth Executive in Pakistan

Help manage daily app operations, support teachers & students, and assist in growth campaigns on our global Quran learning platform.

This is a remote role. Candidates from anywhere in Pakistan are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily app operations: teacher onboarding (profile review, schedule setup), course updates, user support.

Handle student inquiries (bookings, payments, general issues).

Manage online communities (WhatsApp/Telegram) and maintain engagement.

Assist in executing growth campaigns (referral programs, study challenges, online events).

Collect and record key metrics (new users, active teachers, bookings), provide regular updates.

Collaborate with product and marketing teams on execution tasks.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in app operations / community management / customer support.

Familiar with mobile apps and basic user lifecycle (sign-up → usage → retention).

Organized, detail-oriented, strong execution ability.

Good communication skills in English, able to work independently in a remote role.

Compensation

Competitive USD-based monthly salary: $300 – $600 (depending on experience)
