Position Overview:

We're looking for a Growth Executive to join our growing sales team. The selected candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads (received through Meta and other digital channels) into policyholders by presenting and selling our insurance and Takaful products — starting with the motor, travel and health insurance.

This is a target-based role offering strong career growth, performance incentives, and the opportunity to work in one of Pakistan's fastest-growing InsurTech startups.

Key Responsibilities:

· Contact inbound leads received through Meta, WhatsApp, and other platforms.

· Present, explain, and sell the products to individuals and families.

· Build trust and maintain professional communication with prospects throughout the sales process.

· Follow up on interested leads and convert them into confirmed sales.

· Cross-sell additional insurance products (Motor & Travel) once initial targets are achieved.

· Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions in the CRM.

· Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

· Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer concerns, market trends, and sales performance.

Requirements:

· Intermediate degree (preferred)

· Excellent communication and persuasion skills (Urdu & English).

· Prior experience in tele sales, insurance, or financial products will be an advantage.

· Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

· Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and follow-up discipline.

What We Offer:

Base salary: PKR 40,000/month.
