Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Networking & Procurement Executive located in the Lahore District. The IT Networking & Procurement Executive will handle the purchasing processes, manage purchase orders and procurement activities, ensure proper purchase management, and utilize strong analytical skills. Effective communication with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams is essential for this role.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Networking & Procurement Executive to manage our network infrastructure, ensure smooth IT operations, and handle procurement of IT-related equipment and services. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in networking along with experience in IT procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, software, and related infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and security.
  • Manage IT inventory and ensure timely procurement of hardware, software, and accessories.
  • Liaise with vendors to negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and service agreements.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve IT infrastructure.
  • Maintain documentation for networking setups, configurations, and procurement records.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in IT networking and procurement.
  • Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, and network security.
  • Experience with procurement processes, vendor management, and inventory control.
  • Good knowledge of IT hardware and software products.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar.
  • Experience with cloud networking or VoIP systems.
