About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to emails, WhatsApp messages, and client inquiries professionally.
  • Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and reminders for meetings/events.
  • Coordinate with staff, track attendance/check-ins, and handle shift updates.
  • Prepare invoices, quotations, and maintain client/staff databases.
  • Assist with job postings, candidate shortlisting, and onboarding processes.
  • Draft professional replies, rephrase communications, and create social media content when needed.
  • Support website updates, documentation, and basic research tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English is a must).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, and basic WordPress/CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with social media management (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Professional attitude with high attention to detail and discretion.
