Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Virtual Assistant located in Islamabad. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, conducting research, organizing files, and responding to inquiries. Additional responsibilities include handling data entry tasks, providing administrative support to the team, and managing basic clerical duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including email management, Microsoft Office suite, and data entry tools
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Experience with administrative support, scheduling, and customer service is preferred
  • Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or relevant field is advantageous
