Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Executive located in Model Town. The HR Executive will manage daily human resources operations, including the end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding new staff, maintaining employee records, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The candidate will act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring compliance with company policies, addressing grievances, and supporting the team's professional development. The HR Executive will also play a key role in maintaining an organized and productive office environment that aligns with the company's values.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in HR Management Systems (HRIS) and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Rozee, Indeed).
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle, from drafting job descriptions to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Experienced in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes.
  • Knowledgeable about local labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience or interest in the consultancy, legal, or education sectors is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
