We are seeking a motivated Trucking Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with shippers and carriers, and promoting our trucking and logistics services.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, goal-driven, and eager to learn the freight industry in USA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with shippers, brokers, and trucking companies.
  • Negotiate rates and secure freight bookings with customers and carriers.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs70,000.00 per month
