Key Requirements:

  • LLB graduate or someone with a part qualification in CA / ACCA / ICMA.
  • Strong understanding of corporate laws, including the Companies Act, 2017; Securities Act, 2015; and related Regulations.
  • Ability to draft notices and minutes of meetings, email and other correspondence for regulators.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
