Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, develop HR strategies to meet business needs, and support employee engagement and motivation.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure smooth operations and legal compliance.
  • Foster a positive work environment, manage performance appraisal systems, and support employee wellness programs.
  • Assist in designing and implementing compensation structures, manage benefits programs, and conduct market surveys to ensure competitiveness.
  • Maintain accurate HR data in HRIS systems, generate periodic reports on HR metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience:

3-4 year of HR experience or internship, with familiarity in HR operations.

Proficiency in HRIS /ERP and MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships.

In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices, as well as an understanding of HR metrics.

Pay: Rs75, Rs80,000.00 per month
