We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will bring strong hands-on experience in recruiting top-tier talent across the U.S. market, covering both technical and non-technical positions. This role demands advanced sourcing expertise, in-depth knowledge of U.S. hiring standards, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes with efficiency. Prior experience in leading or managing recruitment teams will be considered a significant advantage. The ideal professional is comfortable working in a high-paced environment, demonstrates strong stakeholder management capabilities, and is dedicated to delivering an exceptional hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee full-cycle recruitment for U.S.-based technical and non-technical roles, ensuring timely and effective hiring outcomes.
Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and talent pipelines.
Conduct comprehensive candidate evaluations, including resume reviews, interviews, and skill assessments.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies.
Stay informed on U.S. labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive recruitment practices.
Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate journey from initial outreach through onboarding.
Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and dashboards within ATS or HR systems.
Contribute to employer branding efforts by enhancing the company's visibility and reputation across recruitment platforms.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters, where applicable.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in U.S. talent acquisition, successfully hiring across technical and non-technical roles.
Strong understanding of U.S. recruitment practices, job markets, compensation structures, and compliance standards.
Proven ability to source niche or hard-to-fill positions using advanced search methodologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Capacity to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-moving environment.
Team leadership or managerial experience is highly desirable.
