THE ROLE:
We are looking for a
Technical Recruiter
with strong corporate hiring experience and international exposure to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying top technical talent, and supporting hiring needs across both local and global markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define role specifications.
- Develop and execute innovative
sourcing strategies
to attract qualified candidates from local and international markets. - Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for multiple technical positions.
- Conduct detailed
technical and cultural fit assessments
to ensure quality hires. - Manage job postings across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.).
- Build and maintain a strong
talent network
for current and future hiring needs. - Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain accurate and updated recruitment reports and dashboards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience
in
technical or IT recruitment
(corporate or agency side). - Proven experience in
corporate hiring with international exposure
(preferably GCC, Europe, or APAC regions). - Strong knowledge of
IT technologies, tools, and technical job functions
. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using
ATS systems
, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
