THE ROLE:

We are looking for a
Technical Recruiter
with strong corporate hiring experience and international exposure to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying top technical talent, and supporting hiring needs across both local and global markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the
    end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
    including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define role specifications.
  • Develop and execute innovative
    sourcing strategies
    to attract qualified candidates from local and international markets.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for multiple technical positions.
  • Conduct detailed
    technical and cultural fit assessments
    to ensure quality hires.
  • Manage job postings across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a strong
    talent network
    for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate and updated recruitment reports and dashboards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience
    in
    technical or IT recruitment
    (corporate or agency side).
  • Proven experience in
    corporate hiring with international exposure
    (preferably GCC, Europe, or APAC regions).
  • Strong knowledge of
    IT technologies, tools, and technical job functions
    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously with tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using
    ATS systems
    , LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
