Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of professional experience, preferably with a fair understanding of Golf Course Construction. The role requires strong project management, site supervision, and technical expertise to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage civil construction projects from planning to execution.
  • Supervise site activities, contractors, and labor teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and stakeholders regarding design, planning, and project updates.
  • Prepare, review, and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and PEC guidelines.
  • Monitor progress, prepare reports, and resolve technical/operational issues on site.
  • Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD and Primavera for project planning and design (preferred).
  • Provide technical advice and ensure the structural integrity of construction works.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: BE (Civil Engineering).
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years in civil engineering projects (Golf Course Construction experience preferred).
  • Certifications: Must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Primavera (preferred).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
