Jaffer Agro is looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales Executive to lead business development in the landscape irrigation segment.
This growth-focused role involves
project-based sales, technical consultation, and client relationship management
across
urban landscaping, real estate, institutions, and golf courses
.

The ideal candidate must have
strong professional relationships within the relevant market
(contractors, landscape architects, golf course managers, municipal departments, etc.) and the ability to
leverage these connections to generate opportunities and secure projects
.

Key Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of sprinkler systems, controllers, valves, and sensors.
  • Ability to read site layouts, piping designs, and landscaping plans.
  • Proven ability to identify leads, pitch products, and close deals.
  • Skilled in consultative selling—understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Experience engaging with contractors, architects, and institutional clients.
  • Strong ability to maintain relationships with high-end clients and build trust.
  • Awareness of the local landscaping and golf course market.
  • Experience with Rain Bird or competing brands (Hunter, Toro, K-Rain, etc.).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in irrigation, landscaping, horticulture, or related technical product sales.
  • Familiarity with irrigation systems and components (controllers, sprinklers, drip, etc.) is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and strong follow-up discipline.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM tools experience is a plus.
