Job Purpose:

To drive revenue and profitability across multiple restaurant units by overseeing operations, marketing, finances, and staff performance. The Multi-Unit Manager ensures consistent delivery of exceptional customer service, brand standards, and operational excellence across all assigned locations.

Achieve and exceed revenue and profit targets.

Ensure smooth operational management across all units.

Lead and develop high-performing teams.

Enhance guest satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Business Development

Develop business plans based on market research and customer demand.

Analyze local competition and identify opportunities for growth.

Prepare sales, marketing, and financial projections.

Financial Management

Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.

Monitor P&L statements, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.

Build and maintain banking and financing relationships.

Develop strategies to increase average ticket size and maximize profitability.

Marketing & Brand Management

Plan and execute local marketing campaigns and community engagement initiatives.

Track the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adapt based on trends and customer feedback.

Ensure brand consistency across all units.

Procurement & Inventory Control

Monitor stock levels and usage reports; take corrective actions for discrepancies.

Implement systems to minimize waste and optimize cost-efficiency.

Operational Excellence

Create and enforce SOPs for food quality, hygiene, service, and productivity.

Conduct audits to ensure compliance with brand, safety, and legal standards.

Identify operational bottlenecks and initiate improvements.

Guest Experience & Quality Assurance

Monitor food, beverage, and service quality across all outlets.

Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.

Build rapport with key customers and community stakeholders.

Team Leadership & Human Resources

Recruit, train, and manage restaurant management teams.

Schedule and assign duties; manage performance appraisals and discipline when necessary.

Foster a positive work environment focused on team development and retention.

Health, Safety & Compliance

Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Maintain clean, safe, and secure environments across all locations.

Regularly review security protocols and systems.

Professional Development

Stay current with trends in the restaurant industry.

Benchmark best practices and apply learnings to operations.

General & Miscellaneous

Take ownership of new assignments and challenges.

Identify and implement value-adding improvements across operation
