Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Attendant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle various administrative and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including the reception area, restrooms, and common areas.
  • Assist in receiving visitors and directing them to appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and water dispensers, is operational and well-maintained.
  • Collect and dispose of waste responsibly to maintain a tidy workspace.
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging office furniture as needed.
  • Perform occasional errands like purchasing supplies or delivering documents within the office premises.
  • Follow safety and security procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Matirc or FA.
  • Prior experience in office support or maintenance preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and stand for extended periods.
  • Trustworthy and dependable with a strong work ethic.

Note:

  • This role may require flexibility in working hours and responsibilities based on organizational needs.
  • Candidate from Rawalpindi or Islamabad will be preffered.
