Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Upwork Bidding Manager located in Islamabad. The Upwork Bidding Manager will handle day-to-day activities such as identifying potential projects, crafting and submitting high-quality proposals, maintaining consistent communication with clients, and managing leads. Responsibilities will also include market research to understand industry trends, tracking bidding performance, and collaborating with the team to optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Proposal Writing, Client Communication, and Market Research
  • Experience with Project Management, Task Prioritization, and Lead Generation
  • Proficiency with Upwork and other freelancing platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to refine strategies
  • Familiarity with modern digital marketing and business development techniques is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
