  • CDE will mark thier attendance in the MOTIVES system by 9 oclock at the distribution and attend the morning meeting with sales & Distribution team, same check out in MOTIVES system after evening meeting.
  • CED will wear the proper uniform as per Company SOP (Uniform & Attendance) and mark thier attendance in uniform with picture and upload in system.
  • CED will work with sales team to roll out thier new initatives in the MOTIVES System.
  • CDE is responsible to drive daily meeting with sale team (TSO, ASM, RSM & MSO) at least one hour, to take the feedback of the MOTIVES system and upgrade the system accordingly.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of data visualization techniques used to communicate insights and findings to sales team.
  • Measuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data to ensure it is fit for its intended use.
  • CDE will be responsible to new instalation & roll out the MOTIVES system & applications at distribution with in given time line by Management in 6 Working Days.
  • CDE will do analysis of allocated regions to driver of continued growth and success. These insights of numbers seek, develop, and help implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity. Analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities through data analysis, and communicate to RSM/ASM/TSO/SMO on daily basis.
  • CDE will provide the training sessions to the Sales team of his respective distribution on the data oriented gaps & opportunities with sales hierarchy (MSO, SMO, TSO, ASM & RSM) for improvement.
  • CDE is responsible to assigne the tasK to TSO & ASM
  • if any CED has the multiple distribution than they should planned to attend the meetings & provided systematically support to the user to avoid any inconvenience.
  • CDE will Develop PJP route plan along with TSO & SMO in MOTIVES system for rollout distribution and trained them how to operate it. also he will provide support to the sales team to effectively use the MOTIVES system, as well as increasing business requirements and thus meet organization's business objectives.
  • collaboration with sales team at the territories, identify modifications if required or upgradation in the system. as per the business needs. Moreover interact with territory Sales team on regular basis to assess learning needs about the system.
  • CDE will remain in liaison with Sales Team to design curriculum and developing advanced training methodologies to the sales team to make the friendly user of the MOTIVES system.
  • The CD Executive will tailor the training session to Mezan Beverage's standard and modren business need for the sales team.
  • Partner with Commercial at the territory to train employees on the job to have a better understanding of how business operates and how critical situatiuons are handled on ground.
  • CDE will Capability Develop training programs for sales team members through test, evaluations, etc. and give them training on MOTIVES system to develop them.
  • CED will share the daily repot to line his Manager (AMCD) and keep them updated ubout system efficency and daily KPI's repost.

Education: Graduation

Experience:

3-4 years Capability Development experiance in Beverages or FMCGs preferred

Experience of facilitation to employees with data analysis and trainings sessions

Strong ability of data analysis skillset for sales team

Organisation and planning skills

Prepare analysis of data for improvement of results
