Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Staffing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for calling and chatting with potential staff, screening them for suitability, and coordinating their hiring for our events in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with potential staff through calls and chats for screening and hiring.
  • Conduct staff screenings and selection processes.
  • Manage staffing schedules and ensure timely placements.
  • Maintain records and reports related to staffing activities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
  • GCC working experience (UAE, Qatar, KSA, or any other GCC country).
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience in staff screening and selection.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Resides near Bahria Town Phase 4.

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • GCC working experience (UAE, Qatar, KSA, or any): 2-3 year (Required)
  • Hospitality industry: 2-3 year (Preferred)
  • Staff screening and selection: 2-3 year (Required)
