Key Responsibilities:
- Search, filter, and identify relevant projects on Upwork and similar platforms.
- Write customized, professional, and persuasive proposals for each client.
- Communicate with potential clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable solutions.
- Maintain follow-ups with clients to ensure consistent communication.
- Collaborate with the technical team to prepare accurate project estimates and timelines.
- Work towards achieving monthly targets for lead generation and project acquisition.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Basic understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, Design, and Digital Marketing.
- Prior experience in bidding on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, or Freelancer will be a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude with a focus on long-term client relationships.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40, Rs60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
