We are looking for an HR Professional with expertise in Performance Management to help us build a culture of growth, accountability, and excellence. The ideal candidate will design and manage performance frameworks that align people, goals, and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Performance Management Systems (PMS) and KPIs.
  • Facilitate goal setting, reviews, and feedback cycles.
  • Analyze performance data and prepare reports for management.
  • Support managers in conducting effective feedback sessions.
  • Link performance outcomes to rewards, promotions, and learning initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in HR / Business Administration.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in Performance Management.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience with HRMS or performance tracking tools preferred.
