Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Calculate and deduct statutory contributions (e.g., taxes, provident fund, and social security).
  • Handle employee benefits, overtime, allowances, and reimbursements.
  • Maintain employee payroll records and respond to payroll-related queries.
  • Generate payroll reports for management and statutory authorities.
  • Record journal entries, accruals, and adjustments in the accounting system.
  • Maintain general ledger and reconcile accounts periodically.
  • Manage accounts payable (supplier invoices, vendor reconciliations, payment runs).
  • Monitor accounts receivable, customer invoicing, and collections.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and company policies.
  • Prepare tax filings, employee-related contributions, and regulatory submissions.
  • Assist with financial analysis and ad-hoc reporting for management.

Experience: 2 -3 years in the same job role

A Young energetic and dynamic resource is required. Should be able to have hands on experience in accounting and reporting. Preference will be given to the nearby professional candidates.
