Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site Customer Support Representative to join our team in Faisalabad. The representative will handle incoming customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include providing accurate product information, assisting with order processing, and troubleshooting customer concerns effectively. Strong communication with the team and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanour with customers is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
  • Manage order tracking, exchanges, returns, and complaints
  • Guide customers with sizing, fabric details, and product recommendations
  • Use courier portals to update shipment status and manage delivery queries
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions
  • Coordinate with operations and marketing teams where needed

Requirements

  • Must have hands-on experience with courier portals (Leopard, TCS, CallCourier, etc.)
  • Experience in the fashion industry (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of Shopify
