Job Overview:

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Product Executive to join our Product Department. In this role, you will support the creation, positioning, and distribution of product content across our reseller network, manage product awareness initiatives, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive product success. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, channel management, and market research.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Coordination

·
Coordinate licensing, provisioning, and product rollout with internal teams and resellers

·      Act as a point of contact for product-related escalations

·      Align with departments on pricing, demos, and account tracking

Building Product Awareness & Channel Management

·
Plan and execute product outreach initiatives including webinars, launch events, and trainings

·      Develop onboarding kits and engagement programs for reseller partners

Collateral Creation

·
Define and maintain product positioning and messaging for channel partners

·      Develop product content tailored for regional market needs and partner segments

·      Localize material by partner tier, geography, and go-to-market goals

Data Collection & Market Feedback

·      Collect structured feedback from partners and end users

·      Analyze feedback and assist in recommending product improvements

Performance & Reporting

·      Monitor adoption, partner activity, and product sales metrics

·      Prepare reports and dashboards to track channel performance

Requirements:

·      Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

·      1–2 years of experience in product management, channel support, or B2B tech sales

·      Familiarity with IT or cybersecurity solutions

Skills:

·      Strong written and verbal communication

·      Analytical mindset with comfort in using reporting tools

·      Organized, proactive, and collaborative
