Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for setting appointments, cold calling, closing deals, and providing exceptional customer support. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and connecting with potential clients, converting leads into sales, and developing personalized strategies in line with clients' business goals. The Sales Executive will play a key role in facilitating communication and fostering long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience in appointment setting, cold calling, and deal closing
- Strong sales acumen and ability to convert leads into sales
- Customer support skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Previous experience in BPO or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
