Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Intern
to join our Human Resources team. This role will provide valuable exposure to various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and policy implementation. The intern will assist in day-to-day HR activities and gain hands-on experience in a professional HR environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
  • Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
  • Assist in organizing HR events, activities, and employee engagement programs.
  • Prepare HR-related documentation (letters, reports, forms, etc.).
  • Support payroll and attendance tracking (if applicable).
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
