Located in the heart of Chicago, one of the most vibrant cities in the USA, Unduit is on the mission to transform the ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) industry through its proprietary app-based platform. The platform allows enterprises to build custom programs by utilizing relevant apps and integrations into existing technology platforms to: 1) drive a dramatic reduction in the cost of ownership of assets, 2) enhance device-level security through a chain of custody, and 3) enhance productivity and collaboration across IT team on a global level for asset management.
Role Overview
As a Product Associate, you will play a critical role in the product development lifecycle, bringing new products to market and enhancing existing ones. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality while addressing the needs of our enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development Support:
Assist in the development and enhancement of enterprise-grade products by conducting market research, gathering user feedback, and analyzing industry trends. - Detail-Oriented Analysis:
Perform detailed analyses of product performance, user behavior, and market conditions to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive product development and launch processes. - Creative Problem Solving:
Apply creative thinking to develop solutions for complex product challenges and improve user experiences. - Documentation and Reporting
: Maintain comprehensive documentation of product features, specifications, and updates. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders. - Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks to ensure products meet rigorous enterprise standards. - Customer Focus:
Understand and anticipate the needs of enterprise customers, ensuring that our products deliver significant value and solve key business problems.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, engineering, or a related field. Experience with enterprise-grade products is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to think creatively and from a product-centric perspective.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, JIRA, Trello, Asana).
- Familiarity with product management and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Slack, Miro, Aha, Productboard).
- Understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
