About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate must have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly web and web application interfaces using Figma.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality UI/UX for web and web applications.

  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final visual designs using Figma.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure design feasibility.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.

  • Maintain consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all designs.

  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field

  • Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably freelance.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web and web application design.

  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma.

  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.

  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and deliver on deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with design systems for enterprise applications.

  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

  • Experience in branding and graphic design.
