SENIOR PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

Location: Islamabad

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: 90k – 100k

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Executive to oversee procurement and inventory operations on behalf of our clients. As a trusted service provider, we manage supplier negotiations, purchase orders, shipment planning, and stock reporting for multiple entities.

In this role, you will coordinate with international suppliers, ensure compliance with UK VAT and import regulations, and support the Finance & Accounts team with reconciliations and reporting. You will also provide insights to management and clients, contributing to cost efficiency and smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement for clients, including quotations, purchase orders, and supplier coordination.
  • Oversee international shipments, customs clearance, and UK VAT documentation.
  • Maintain accurate stock and procurement records across multiple entities (Excel/ERP).
  • Conduct supplier cost comparisons and provide actionable insights to clients and management.
  • Coordinate supplier payments and reconciliations with Finance & Accounts.
  • Share regular procurement, shipment, and stock status reports with management and clients.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of procurement, international shipment handling & supplier management.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems (Xero, Odoo, Zoho, or similar).
  • Good understanding of UK VAT rules, import duties, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities under strict timelines.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
  • Proven exposure to VAT compliance, international supplier negotiations, and shipment handling.
