Job Purpose: Effective Procurement of goods and services for CMPak, while ensuring the implementation & execution of Procurement Policies & Procedures. Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the procurement of technical domains and possessing in-depth knowledge of self-sites for Power projects, Cooling Systems, HVAC, UPS, PDF, Rectifiers, Data Centers, and related systems.
  • Frequent meetings with the concerned department for the improvement of internal communication and planning of activities proactively.
  • Arranges quotes, evaluates and prepares comparative statements for final approval.
  • Ensure the coordination with the concern departments for purchase request generation in line with proper specification for the purchase of goods.
  • Ensure that bidding process is followed as per the Procurement Policy. Motivate vendor/suppliers for maximum participation is taken by them for the tender float in order to get competitive prices & quality goods in line of the Procurement policy.
  • Support negotiation team for the purchases of goods/services as per the Procurement Policy.
  • Explore new vendors and sign Frame Supply Agreements for recurring nature items/services Vendor Evaluation Periodic supplier
  • evaluation in liaison with the respective requesting department for retention of quality supplier and updating supplier database

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills): Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accredited Procurement & Supply chain certifications will be preferred.

Work Experience

  • Minimum 3 to 4 Years of relevant experience
