Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Business Development Executive to lead influencer-driven marketing initiatives across major short video platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. This role requires strong industry connections, content evaluation skills, and the ability to manage influencer campaigns end-to-end. The ideal candidate is well-versed in the digital creator economy, with a sharp eye for content quality and brand alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and develop partnerships on short video platforms to drive brand awareness and growth.
  • Leverage a personal network of 50+ verified influencers (each with 60,000+ followers or more).
  • Develop creative short video marketing concepts, write scripts, and guide influencers through production and publishing.
  • Lead contract negotiations and partnership agreements with influencers and content creators.
  • Assess short video content quickly and accurately to ensure alignment with brand messaging and goals.
  • Utilize VPN tools and strong English skills to discover and manage international influencer collaborations.
  • Manage multiple influencer projects simultaneously, using SOPs to ensure smooth coordination and timely execution.
  • Track, manage, and analyze influencer campaign data to evaluate performance and guide strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, digital media, or business development roles.
  • Extensive network of high-engagement influencers across short video platforms.
  • Strong creative ability and understanding of viral short-form content.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • High level of English proficiency; capable of communicating with global teams and creators.
  • Proficient in using VPN tools for international outreach and platform access.
  • Strong organizational and SOP management skills; able to run multiple campaigns efficiently.
  • Experience with data tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Aspire, Upfluence, GRIN).
  • Background in digital marketing, brand partnerships, or talent management.
  • Multilingual ability is a plus.
