Job Description:

Unity Films Pvt Ltd. is hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Intern to join our team. This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship based at our Rawalpindi office. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with strong communication skills and a keen interest in business development and client outreach.

This internship is designed to offer hands-on experience in lead generation and sales support and may lead to a permanent position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and social media
  • Compile and maintain a list of prospective leads
  • Assist in initiating contact with potential clients via email, LinkedIn, or other channels
  • Support the Business Development team in lead nurturing and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and responses
  • Work closely with the team to develop and improve lead generation strategies

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (completed or in progress)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and internet research tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Fresh and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Must be based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi or willing to work on-site
